
Senior Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Admin Officer.
- Provide high-level administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate meeting minutes, papers and other key documents with attention to detail.
- Support the development of written communication and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Analyse and document complaints and feedback for improvement purposes.
- Manage travel arrangements and finance reconciliations efficiently.
- Contribute to project management work as directed.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills and previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Show excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate effective stakeholder engagement.
- Display organisational and time management skills.
- HAVE prior experience working in the disability, health or aged care sectors.
- CASE management experience would be advantageous.
Benefits
