  • About the Job

We're seeking an exceptional individual to build strong relationships with participants and their providers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and preventing lapses.

The ideal candidate will proactively monitor participant budget positions, assist in underspend, follow up on offboarding requests, and implement effective retention strategies.

This is a pivotal role that requires empathy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering positive outcomes for NDIS participants.

About You

You'll bring experience from a retention-focused role or similar, with a background in managing volumes of calls, taking accurate notes, and resolving complex issues.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, strong risk identification and escalation experience, and knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) are highly desirable.
