Job Overview

The Retention Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering an exceptional participant experience through trusted relationships, proactive support, and retention strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Buys time for participants by monitoring budget positions, alerting them to under or over utilisation of NDIS funding
  • Helps participants save money by educating them on how to access supports if required
  • Prevents lapses by following up on offboarding requests with tailored efforts to reduce lapses
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with participants and providers

The ideal candidate will have experience from a retention-focused role, passion for delivering customer service, and skills in de-escalating challenging situations with empathy.
