Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexity of the energy transition and achieving sustainability goals.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects with real-world impact. Our team of experts will provide you with access to cutting-edge technology and resources, enabling you to drive meaningful change. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Leading consulting studies for electrification and decarbonization of high CO2 emitting industry verticals and electrical power systems;
  • Representing Siemens Energy in grid-related standardization committees, workshops, and conferences;
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Supporting project acquisition through showcasing our capabilities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred). A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, specifically in electrification, digitalization, and decarbonization, is required. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with validated knowledge of technology adoption roadmaps for electrical utilities or industrial consumers.

Additional requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficient language skills in English;
  • Flexibility to travel up to 40%.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. This figure includes base salary, bonuses, and other benefits.
