Bayswater, Australia Siemens Energy Full time

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You’ll support the Business Development team which is responsible for selling the breadth of the Siemens Energy portfolio, both technically and commercially, to direct and end-user customers
- Organise and manage external events such as trade / industry shows, customer entertainment events, customer technology discovery workshops, technology road-shows, in collaboration with the various Business Areas and business functions such as the Communications team
- Arrange and coordinate internal meetings, events, conferences, including sending invitations, reserving meeting rooms, necessary equipment, marketing materials etc
- Coordinate and manage country visits by overseas Executive Management including visit agenda development, setting up customer meetings, arranging meeting and entertainment venues
- Support Business Development colleagues with Salesforce CRM data quality and hygiene, for Customers and Opportunities
- Support development of customer presentations, key account plans and coordinate follow up of agreed action plans
- Work within a team environment and support in the development of our tools and processes needed to sell efficiently and effectively
- Drive forward improvement activity, whilst collaborating with other departments and internal stakeholders
- Assist in the development of company strategy presentations

**What You Bring**
- Tertiary education along with at least two years of professional experience
- Strong initiative skills, ability to work independently, self-management skills
- Proficient in problem solving, decision making and multitasking
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of personal commitment
- Some Marketing and communication experience is highly advantageous
- Existing experience in team support will a plus
- SAP knowledge will be valued
- Knowledge of energy sector will be valued
