About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, managing audit comfort reports, and providing exceptional support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate client cost agreements and related financial data
  • Manage the CCA renewal process and ensure timely compliance
  • Prepare and review audit comfort reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide administrative support for client and matter opening and ongoing data management
  • Assist with general back-up and support for all areas of file maintenance
  • Process ad-hoc inbox requests, including bill cancellations, time transfers, and bill write-offs
  • Support Partners and PAs with Expert Billing queries and requests
  • Upload invoices into various ebilling portals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a legal setting
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and diligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs
