About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Finance and Office Manager to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment (Australia). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations, including BAS, Super, and EOFY reporting.
  • Coordinate team meetings, internal communication, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Organize events and functions, and maintain a positive and friendly work environment.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and creative company.
  • Experience working with Xero and other accounting software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
