Content Operations & Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Operations & Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our educational content.

  • Manage the content lifecycle from release through maintenance.
  • Optimize processes and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and clarity across teams.

This role is crucial to our mission of delivering world-class learning experiences by ensuring the seamless release, maintenance, and localisation of all content episodes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot localisation bugs, coordinate technical updates, monitor episode health, and handle content status changes.
  • Lead global localisation workflows, managing translators and reviewers to ensure timely multi-language support for new releases and the addition of new locales.
