**The Role**:
Based in our Mascot campus, the Solution Lifecycle Manager is responsible for partnering with 5B sales and delivery teams to enhance the customer handover experience by providing ongoing support and management of 5B's products and solutions in the field, with a laser focus on the delivery of best in class warranty, Operations and Maintenance [O&M], Technical Help Desk and Lifecycle Management Services. Reporting to the Global Head of Delivery, the Solution Lifecycle Manager works as a business partner cross-functionally to support the customer experience journey and takes ownership of the customer interface from the Solutions Delivery teams as Maverick project commissioning is completed. Post handover, 5B's solution lifecycle function will focus on longer-term customer relationship management, warranty management, identifying O&M events and opportunities and identifying ways to support the longer-term solar farm management with the customer.

**Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities**:

- Perform site inspections, technical asset management, performance monitoring, contract management and reporting.
- Collaborate with customers to develop customised, site-specific, fit-for-purpose O&M / Asset Lifecycle strategies.
- Own and manage all 5B MAVERICK O&M related content which includes the preventative and corrective maintenance requirements of the various 5B products. Continuously improve this content and service offering based on customer, contractor and consultant feedback.
- Own and manage the 5B Project Site database. Drive ongoing O&M data collection on key operating sites in various international locations. Analyse data to understand key insights and continuously improve O&M service offering for customers.
- Design, develop and manage the O&M continuous improvement process internally that uses best-practice root cause, fault analysis, trend analysis and corrective action processes.
- Partner with the Product Development, Technology Development and sales teams to ensure product design, development and customer experience incorporates best in class O&M considerations, requirements, processes and systems.
- Act as the internal customer for Lifecycle/O&M R&D projects with the Product and Technology Development functions in order to continuously expand & improve the 5B MAVERICK Lifecycle/O&M service offering.
- Identify and engage with potential O&M partners in the markets where 5B operates.
- Owns and is responsible for 5B's Warranty Management process and mandate including establishing a customer help desk, proactive customer service and follow-up, site visits, repairs, service and maintenance.
- Design, develop and implement an asset management process and system that retrospectively and forward-looking supports 5Bs products and solutions in the field which includes the asset management of one 5B owed asset in the field - 0.5MW.
- Work closely with the Performance and Reliability team to develop and implement analysis methods to determine the performance of systems and asset classes to improve system reliability including review/development of asset criticality and asset condition assessment criteria.

**Are you our next All-Star?**
- You must be degree qualified in Engineering with at least 7 years of professional experience in a similar operation, warranty management, reliability, maintenance planning or consulting role
- You must have experience in reliability engineering and statistical modelling, analysis and reporting of infrastructure reliability
- Experience with managing a customer service and management centre as well as highly developed dispute resolution and negotiation skills are crucial.
