Job Role: Scrum Master

The role of a Scrum Master is pivotal in driving agile practices and culture within one or more scrum teams, aligning to the client's agile framework. This individual will focus on continuous process improvement, helping product owners and team members to operate efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving agile practices and culture in one or more scrum teams
  • Continuous process improvement, helping product owners, team members to operate efficiently and consistently
  • Build a continuous improvement mindset in scrum teams and effectively run scrum ceremonies to deliver value to business
  • Facilitate the team through collaborative meetings and ceremonies, buffer them from external interference, and identify and remove barriers that slow their progress
  • Communicate the team's progress towards goals to project leadership/product owner
  • Track and communicate scrum team development status, serve as an escalation point to resolve obstacles, and work to help deliver project work on schedule

Requirements:

  • Strong scrum master experience
  • Certified Scrum Master certification
  • Experience in prior delivery of technical projects in software development
  • Proficient in Jira/Confluence
