Agile Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Lead to drive the delivery of high-quality projects across the Australian sports sector.

About the Role

The Agile Project Lead will be responsible for applying Agile methodology to produce seamless experiences across all channels and services. This includes guiding and coaching the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply Agile methodology to produce high-quality outcomes that meet project requirements.
  • Guide and coach the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles.
  • Manage the scope and timeline of each project.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and stand-ups.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration to influence decision making.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent planning and problem-solving skills, a high-level of communication skills, and the ability to work with Senior Executives to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
