Looking for an Agile Practitioner to drive teams towards delivering high-quality products and services through Scrum.

The Role
  • Evaluate and coach Agile teams on the use of methodologies and principles.
  • Develop strategies for introducing new ways of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and facilitate diverse teams, understanding group dynamics and inspiring confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience leading Agile teams and ensuring their success.
  • Familiarity with Scrum tools and frameworks, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Support the implementation of Security, integration, and supporting whole organisations.
  • Work effectively with IT teams in technical settings, possessing a passion for embracing challenges.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
  • Ability to work with Scrum tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
