The role of an Agile Transformation Specialist is to lead and design end-to-end transformations that align with business objectives and are tailored to fit-for-purpose agile ways of working.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design operating models and transformation programs aligned with business goals.
- Assess business agility and ways of working performance.
- Coach Agile teams in all roles and functions from leadership to team coaching.
- Be a role model of the Agile Ways of Working and enable teams to deliver products and projects.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in your activities and workshops.
- Contribute to business development and build trusted relationships with clients.
About You
As an experienced Agile practitioner, you will help customers and stakeholders understand the value of agile ways of working. You will play an active role in the full transformation spectrum from defining strategic roadmaps to hands-on coaching.
You will develop agile teams and possess a proven track record in developing lean governance processes.
