Employee Relations Specialist

An employee relations specialist is a crucial member of our team who provides essential operational guidance and support to managers and staff. They will be the go-to person for a wide range of HR matters, advising on best practices and helping to resolve staff issues.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in a People/HR role with a sound understanding of HR principles. They should have proven ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and staff, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience handling a wide range of HR functions.
About the Role- Advising and guiding managers on all HR topics, including recruitment, performance management, and workplace relations.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Providing support on change management and talent acquisition efforts.
- Conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with various internal teams and specialists to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
- Strong background in a People/HR role with a sound understanding of HR principles.
- Proven ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience handling a wide range of HR functions.
- Experience with Enterprise Agreements and workplace relations essential.
