Corporate Fleet Growth Manager

About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and executing a fleet sales strategy to drive corporate business growth. You will work closely with dealerships and regional managers to identify new opportunities and expand our presence in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing short- and long-term fleet sales strategies to achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Partnering with dealerships to drive business development within local markets.
  • Sourcing and securing new corporate clients through direct engagement, dealership networks, and strategic partnerships.
  • Managing tender submissions with compelling product value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns promoting our fleet offering.
  • Leveraging leasing and finance opportunities with financial services providers.
  • Supporting and coaching dealer fleets to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Maintaining industry knowledge and identifying growth opportunities across the corporate sector.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Business).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in fleet sales, business development, or a related automotive role.
  • Proven track record of negotiating, influencing, and building long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in managing corporate clients and dealer stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, with a drive to identify opportunities and deliver growth.
  • Possession of a strong understanding of the Australian corporate market and fleet trends.
