Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the COO to manage order execution, ensuring compliance with service delivery standards while overseeing a team of four in both domestic and import operations.
  • Inventory Oversight: Communicate effectively with trading and logistics teams regarding stock status and contract compliance to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Stock Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate records of stock quantity, value, location, condition, and sales status are upheld within the company’s systems.
  • Partnership Management: Serve as the primary liaison with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proposing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Experience in the meat and/or dairy industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and/or BSM.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
