Territory Sales Representative

A key role for a sales professional to manage the marketing and sales activities within a defined territory, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This position involves actively promoting the company's products and services within a specific geographic area to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex sales processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities, utilizing CRM systems for efficient data management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in marketing events and trade exhibitions to promote the company's products and services
  • Ensure all business activities are conducted in an ethical and compliant manner
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, science, or medicine
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or a related industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
