As a Territory Manager Upper Body NSW West, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet defined targets. This role involves promoting our products and services within a specific territory, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve budgeted goals and KPIs.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and report on them regularly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and offer technical information as required.
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus, ensuring timely follow-up on commitments and requests.
  • Execute administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as instructed by management.
  • Enter sales activities and opportunities into the CRM system.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade exhibitions, and workshops as needed.
  • Ensure business operations are conducted ethically, lawfully, and in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • University Degree in nursing, science, medicine, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices or 5 years in another discipline.
  • A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia are essential.
  • Proactive self-management skills, owning the territory and independently driving results.
  • Previous experience with long-term, complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and executing sales and territory plans.
