Senior Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Lead to join our Forensic Intervention Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to our team of clinicians, as well as driving the development and implementation of our Restorative Justice portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the team of clinicians, including the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Drive the development and implementation of our Restorative Justice portfolio, including the design and delivery of evidence-based programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of our services and the achievement of our goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic plan, including the identification of key priorities and objectives.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior clinicians, including the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.
- General registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Registration as a nurse and eligibility to be credentialed as a Mental Health Nurse, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Specialist training and/or postgraduate qualifications in a clinical or forensic field, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
