About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to our team of therapists, as well as delivering high-quality clinical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced psychological therapies to children, adolescents, and adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Lead and manage a team of therapists, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Provide training and education to staff and students on clinical best practices and new developments in the field.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care and effective service delivery.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in working with children and adolescents.
- Demonstrated ability to use high-level evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision to staff and students.
- Valid working with children check and National Police Check.
