Compensation: Up to £60,000 based on experience

We are in search of a qualified Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to contribute to tailored assessment and intervention strategies for the adults we support. Role Overview
The position is situated within Care First - Pheasey, Walsall area. You will be part of a newly established clinical team that promotes multidisciplinary teamwork, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy. The clinical team is integrated into the service structure, fostering effective collaboration across educational services to optimize clinical outcomes for the adults we serve.
Your work will align with the service's policies and procedures, collaborating within existing multidisciplinary and Clinical Governance frameworks to support service enhancement and ensure quality assurance.

All our settings uphold a robust safeguarding culture, ensuring that the adults we support are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that impact them whenever feasible.

Essential Qualifications:
- Doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
- Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
- Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists.
- Prior experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various key stakeholders.
- Proficient in working sensitively with individuals and resolving conflicts.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to the role.
- Significant and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children.
- Experience in lecturing, teaching, or training.
- Data management skills are essential, as the role involves collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery, development, and project initiatives.
