About the Role

At IntegrationWorks, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional services from our engagements with our Integration Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their current requirements, and anticipating their future needs. This will involve frequent communication with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Service Delivery Process Ownership

You will own the service delivery process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. This will involve monitoring client engagements for customer satisfaction, eliminating bottlenecks, and providing issue resolution.

Reporting and Communication

You will be responsible for frequent reporting to our leadership team on current activities, anticipated periods of growth, and process improvement. This will involve generating strategic reporting from tactical and technical information.

Vendor Relationship Management

You will manage vendor relationships, actively identify partners that would benefit IntegrationWorks, and draft Statements of Work and license transactions.

Tender and Pre-Tender Activities

You will undertake tender and pre-tender activities, ensuring that our organization is well-positioned to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Client Focus

You must have a strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.

Reliability and Quality

You must be reliable and able to produce a high quality of work.

ITIL Foundation Certification

ITIL foundation certification is desirable, but not required.

Knowledge Management

You must have a working knowledge of Confluence/Jira or other similar knowledge management platforms.

Complex Business Solutions

You must have experience with complex business solutions, networks, and data centre environments (on-prem & cloud).

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to engage across all levels in the business.

Process Management

You must be able to effectively manage work processes and proactively manage situations to achieve the desired outcomes.

Pressure Management

You must be able to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.

Documentation and Computer Skills

You must have demonstrated proficiency in preparing client/service documentation and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer skills.
