Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Lead Perioperative Nursing Team
Job Description- Lead a dynamic team of nurses to ensure the smooth operation of the perioperative department.
- Implement advanced nursing practices in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
- Act as a role model and resource person within the clinical area, providing support to all members of the nursing team.
- Registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong clinical skillset and excellent communication skills.
