Senior Clinical Nurse Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Perioperative department, requiring an individual with a proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will apply advanced nursing practices in planning, implementing, and evaluating care in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership to the department aligning with the hospital's operational processes, business direction, and goals.
- Act as a mentor and resource person within the clinical area, providing support and guidance to all members of the nursing team.
- Assume responsibility for the NUM role during periods of leave, maintaining continuity and ensuring seamless operations.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in this specific role, demonstrating expertise and growth potential.
- Advanced clinical skillset with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
