The successful candidate will play a pivotal leadership role in the smooth operation of our department, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Apply advanced nursing practices in planning, implementing, and evaluating care according to National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the department, aligning with operational processes and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in this role.
- Strong clinical skillset and excellent communication skills.
