The Workday Payroll Principal Consultant role bridges business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday Payroll product with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Partner with clients to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday's Payroll functionality.
  • Develop a cohesive Workday Payroll solution considering cross-functional impacts.
  • Recommend the best solution based on client requirements, timeframe, and flexibility to adapt scope as additional needs are identified.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project ensuring a smooth experience.
