An exciting opportunity awaits for a Solution Architect with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HR solutions, with has hands-on experience for a Melbourne based, 6-month contract.

In this role, you'll shape the architectural landscape for critical people systems while partnering closely with business product owners, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

From payroll consolidation to incident management systems and the stabilisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, you'll be at the heart of high-impact enterprise initiatives — combining deep architectural thinking with pragmatic delivery.

This is: what you'll do

  • Provide solution architecture across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data for HR programs
  • Architect and develop roadmaps for SuccessFactors implementation and optimisation
  • Support project and delivery managers across concurrent enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Partner with Business Product Owners to align technical solutions with strategic and tactical goals
  • Contribute to architecture governance, standards, and design principles within the digital ecosystem
  • Support initiatives across payroll consolidation and injury/incident management system integration

This is: what you'll need

  • Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in large, complex environments
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) – including implementation and roadmap design
  • Proven knowledge of HR systems, processes, and integrations
  • Strong ability to manage architectural deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience working with or alongside SAP ECC environments is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across IT and business
