HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a strategic partner. This role will involve collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that drive performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to employees and management, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving performance and growth.
- Guide the design and planning of our workforce to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate employee performance through effective appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification in HR is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
- Experience in the construction or resources sector is highly desirable.
- Able to commit to a site-based roster.
