Strategic Recruitment Expert

This role focuses on supporting hiring managers in the recruitment process, prioritizing key objectives and challenges of their vacancies. It involves developing tailored recruitment strategies for a dynamic workforce, efficiently utilizing the Applicant Tracking System and contributing to its continuous improvement.

As a strategic recruitment expert, you will prioritize stakeholder demands using a customer-centric approach and leverage your expertise to add value to organisational strategy and vision. This requires strong business partnering capability and exposure to a dynamic recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach Hiring Managers through the recruitment process to understand key objectives and challenges of their vacancies.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Efficiently utilise the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to its continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in internal talent acquisition.
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in carrying out talent acquisition reporting and analytics.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
