Recruitment Strategist

The organisation is dedicated to supporting children, young people and families in need. We are seeking a Recruitment Strategist to lead our recruitment team and drive strategy across the organisation.

  • Lead the recruitment team and drive strategy across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internal and external.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment practices, legal requirements and compliance requirements.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Strategist who can develop and execute a recruitment strategy that attracts and retains top talent. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of end-to-end recruitment practices, legal requirements and compliance requirements applicable to the out-of-home care sector.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about child safety and meaningful work, innovative, solutions-focused and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency settings is highly valued.
