We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our Corporate Tax Cell. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex tax solutions and managing high-performing teams.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients and projects, providing strategic tax advice and guidance on corporate and international tax matters.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Assist Partners with the preparation of corporate tax advice and contribute to internal projects that drive innovation at our firm.
  • Mentor junior team members and help them develop their technical skills.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Eight years' + experience in a professional accounting practice in a Business Advisor / Tax role.
  • A completed CA or CPA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • A strong understanding of current tax legislation, principles, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A clear communication style, with the ability to chat to colleagues and clients via email, telephone, Teams, and face-to-face.
  • A desire to learn and maintain technical knowledge.
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Experience working to budgets, meeting productivity targets, and an ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and strong stakeholder management.
  • A self-starter who can manage autonomous work as well as sharing ideas to drive team culture and success.
