Job Overview: Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Tax and Corporate Lawyer Associate to join our Sydney Tax Firm. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Partners and their team.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage diaries and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist with client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee file management, both electronic and hard copy, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare correspondence and court documents with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Accurately process billing and maintain financial records.


Requirements:




  • Recent experience as a legal assistant with a strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative in managing tasks and priorities.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality in all work.
