Job Title: Senior Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our Strategy, Planning and Performance team.

  • The role will support the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans, organisational annual business strategies and service plans.
  • As part of a small but dynamic team, you will work on a range of strategic business initiatives through activities including policy analysis, environmental assessment, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, consultation and workshop facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare data and other related information to identify issues and solutions to improve effectiveness, experience and efficiency of care.
  • Support stakeholder engagement through liaison, scheduling and content preparation.
  • Support facilitation of planning workshops with various teams and divisions across the hospital.
  • Prepare executive and board reporting in collaboration with project managers and/or directors to convey key outcomes and risks of program and project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare system or strong structured problem solving, data collection and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment, solving problems and building successful collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce and present business-related documentation.
  • Proficient use of key applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, MIRO, and Trello.
