Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Membership Development Professional to join our team at our Joondalup club. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in sales environments and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people. They will be proactive, energetic, and self-motivated, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving membership growth.

  • Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with members.
