Job Overview:

The Member Support Manager role at our Bibra Lakes club involves leading a team of consultants to maximize membership growth and create a positive member experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring their team, and developing a culture that inspires prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves daily minimum performance criteria
  • Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team
  • Support the Club Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs
  • Understanding of the cycle of selling and various sales techniques
  • Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes
  • Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal
  • Experience using business computer systems
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
