**The Opportunity**

This role is crucial in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

The role is highly varied with two clear objectives: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

You'll be an expert in all things related to our business, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service on the reception desk and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

**Responsibilities**

Contribute to sales targets using sales promotions and referrals campaigns.

Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.

Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.

Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.

Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.

Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.

Ensure the smooth operation of the club according to the roster.

Be actively involved in member retention programs inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.

Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey recommending products that boost results and amplify experience.
