Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective geotechnical design solutions across various scenarios and sectors.
- Prepare design memos/reports, implementing advice into specifications and drawing notes.
- Scope, price, supervise, and deliver appropriate geotechnical site investigation works in support of larger design packages.
- Supervise or train junior personnel in site investigation works to AS1726, where required.
- Collaborate confidently and effectively with external partners, clients, and subcontractors as well as internal stakeholders and colleagues.
- Assist the Geotechnical Lead in client relationship development, team training and mentoring, and fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.
