Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global MEL strategy to ensure projects and programs contribute to our charitable goals.
  • Lead the refresh of our MEL operating model, including a clear framework for applying different evaluation approaches.
  • Introduce an organisational learning strategy to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Shape the MEL function and build capacity across the organisation.
  • Manage and mentor evaluation specialists across our core markets.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure effective communication and use of evaluation findings.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a health-related field.
  • Extensive experience in research & evaluation project design and implementation.
  • At least 10 years in scientific, population health, or health policy roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement MEL strategies in health contexts.
