About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail store leadership team at The Trybe Marion. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Team Management: Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores. Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. Identify areas of missed opportunity and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Wage Management: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • OH&S Management: Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time/senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
  • A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
