
Omni-Channel Campaign Specialist

As a Customer Journey Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end omni-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty platform channels.
Your primary responsibility will be building and executing personalized, automated communications. You will focus on the customer lifecycle, offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact on customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalization within HubSpot and other platforms.
- Creating and briefing content for direct marketing activations, including copywriting and campaign asset build-out.
- Activating and managing point-based offers within the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integration with other member benefits.
- Analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable improvements for future lifecycle marketing efforts.
Successful candidates will have strong proficiency in HubSpot or similar platforms for marketing automation and customer journey management, as well as a proactive and adaptable approach to applying performance data, new insights, or feedback to optimize program performance.
They will also have experience collaborating across teams and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-first mindset, creative flair, and sharp attention to detail.
