Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our B2B direct marketing group, you'll play a pivotal role in executing campaigns across various channels.
As a customer-first specialist, you'll bring creative flair and sharp attention to detail to deliver personalized, automated communications. Your focus will be on the end-to-end customer lifecycle, offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact on customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Development: Building and delivering end-to-end omni-channel campaigns from content creation through to execution in Hubspot, including post-campaign analysis
- Customer Journey Mapping: Developing customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalization within HubSpot and other platforms across email, SMS, push, and loyalty channels
- Content Creation: Creating and briefing content for direct marketing activations, including hands-on copywriting and campaign asset build-out
- Offer Management: Activating and managing point-based offers within the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integration with other member benefits
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable improvements for future lifecycle marketing efforts
You'll champion the operations of our direct marketing program, continuously refining and pivoting based on performance insights and opportunities in collaboration with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
