We are seeking a passionate and driven shopper marketing specialist to drive growth against commercial, category, and brand objectives. If you have a deep understanding of shopper behavior and a proven track record in developing impactful integrated marketing campaigns, we encourage you to apply.

This is a key role in building and implementing end-to-end scaled shopper marketing campaigns that deliver triple wins - value for CUB, shoppers, and customers. You will work closely with the NPD/IMC shopper marketing manager to deliver national campaigns across all off-premise customer channels.

Key requirements include:

  • Understanding and passion for what drives shopper behavior within the off-premise and omni channels.
  • Activating against brand guidelines, category growth drivers with an understanding of consumer occasions.
  • Supporting the end-to-end development of BTL beer IMCs in the off premise on a national level that delivers triple wins - value for CUB, shoppers, and customers.
  • Project managing beer IMCs which involve coordination across CUB functions and external partners.
  • Leading the development of final selling stories tailored by customer.
  • Tracking performance and execution levels in trade post campaigns going live.
  • Developing and implementing impact assessment frameworks and post-campaign reviews including ROI analysis.
  • Developing and implementing national sales briefing content for beer IMCs in the off premise through cycle planning forums.
  • Updating key stakeholders on BTL beer IMCs in the off premise through Go To Market Readiness (GTMR) planning forums.

As a successful candidate you will be a charismatic individual with 1-3 years of commercial experience gained within sales, marketing, or trade/shopper marketing. You will have a deep passion for brand and shopper behavior with an understanding of FMCG and strong communication skills.
