At Adairs, we're all about creating moments of comfort and style for our customers. As our Omni Channel Performance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in how customers discover us online, executing and optimising campaigns across SEO, SEM and Affiliate channels to drive traffic, conversions and repeat purchases. Working closely with our Omni Performance Manager, Specialist, and agency partners, this role is hands-on in campaign management, reporting, and optimisation, ensuring our performance activity aligns with the marketing calendar and delivers strong results.
How you will spend your day- Manage daily campaign activity including bids, budgets and keyword optimisation
- Monitor competitor activity and share insights with our agency partners
- Collaborate with Marketing & Design teams to deliver assets that are on-brand and on time
- Report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Test, learn and adjust spend across campaign types to maximise ROAS
- Brief in performance assets to ensure alignment with our brand pillars and marketing calendar
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM & Affiliate channels
- A numbers-driven mindset, with confidence managing budgets and reporting outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to optimise for performance
- Collaborative approach to working with marketing and agency partners
- Curiosity, energy and a passion for testing new ideas and driving results
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively across different teams
