Swissütel Sydney, part of Accor's premium hotels, is seeking highly motivated and experienced Executive Banqueting Attendants to join our esteemed banqueting team.

Our hotel boasts 369 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, offering contemporary living for the modern business and leisure traveller. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a luxurious experience for our guests.

Our facilities include an award-winning spa centre, a restaurant, and luxurious Arches bar, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and eight state-of-the-art meeting rooms.

Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of AUD $60,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as meal allowances, uniform provision, and access to staff accommodation discounts.

About the Role

As an Executive Banqueting Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a truly memorable experience in our banqueting operations. This includes corporate meetings, birthdays, gala dinners, launch parties, and other events.

You will work closely with our events team to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every detail is attended to and that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent personal presentation and a commitment to delivering luxury service
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
  • The availability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
