As a Banquet Food Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests and clients have a truly memorable experience in our Banquet operations, including corporate meetings, birthdays, gala dinners, launch parties, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service to our guests and clients
  • Ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage service
  • Working collaboratively with the Banquet team to deliver a seamless experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
