Personal Care Assistant

The role is based in our vibrant aged care facility situated in the coastal town of Ballina in Northern New South Wales. We currently have a variety of permanent part-time positions available.
Care workers that are available to work night shifts will be highly regarded. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing industry leading care services to our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their days are filled with smiles
- Responding promptly to resident needs
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (essential)
- Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, or personal support roles (preferred)
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and assist residents with mobility (training provided)
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of aged care residents
