The Role

">
  • Deliver physiotherapy assessment and intervention to clients under Aged Care Funding.
  • Assess client needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Work in diverse aged care settings, including community-based environments.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and work independently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting as required.

Your Qualifications

">
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration with AHPRA.
  • Postgraduate experience working in diverse aged care settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and wellbeing frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software.
  • Commitment to understanding and upholding our Christian values.
