We are seeking a Property Professional to join our dynamic and vibrant leasing team. Working closely with directors and senior staff, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and providing services to property owners, occupiers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to property owners and advisors
  • Provide appraisals of current market conditions, including lease rates and marketability factors
  • Help prepare and execute marketing strategies and advertising schedules
  • Negotiate agency agreements
  • Attend internal and external meetings, including property inspections
Requirements

To be successful, you'll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, multi-task and be well-organized. A University degree in property, business, finance, law or similar will be highly regarded.
