Job Overview

This role supports the Manager, Property & Facilities in managing a diverse property portfolio.

  • Maintain and update property records, systems, and ensure the accuracy of lease and rental data.
  • Manage rental payments including arrears, overpayments, rent increases, and property-related invoice processing via SAP.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party managers to support leases, renewals, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual FBT reporting processes related to property, staff housing, and car parking.
  • Negotiate and prepare new lease agreements, renewals, and special conditions with lessors, tenants, and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Property Specialist you will play a key part in lease and property management.

Accurate records are essential for this role. Identifying opportunities for improvement across property systems and processes is also a key responsibility.
