
Document Specialist

Job Role:
You will be responsible for transforming existing policy documents to align with the company's corporate style and new templates. This includes collaborating with the Communications team on reviewing and refining the written style guide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Department's Digital Services Team, Project Manager, and Preferred supplier on integrating corporate branding in MS-Word.
- Provide document screening and style guide advice for external-facing documents.
- Review and proof templates and documents for consistency and quality.
- Assist with developing capabilities within the organisation through training, coaching, and advice.
- Collaborate with the Communications Team on reviewing and revising the Department's Written Style Guide.
- Develop and implement templates, tables of contents, and other advanced features in MS-Word.
Requirements:
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Experience in training others in MS Word use.
- Experience in creating and utilising writing style guides.
- High levels of autonomy and initiative.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior project team members.
